Choose Comfort, Connection, and Convenience—Now

A Community you may not know you need

In an ever-changing world, where personal connections can feel fleeting, there’s a growing movement toward a more interconnected way of living. 55+ Senior Cooperative Living is one such movement, offering a space where people 55+ come together to share experiences, provide support, and build lasting relationships.

CCC offers a rich tapestry of learning and growth for younger generations, siblings, and extended families alike. Imagine a place where generations meet, share wisdom, create memories, and ultimately thrive—this is the future of living, and it’s a future filled with hope, connection, and mutual respect.

Neighbors Become Friends

In this 55+ senior cooperative-living community, the exchange of experiences becomes one of the most powerful elements of daily life. Here, different generations come together, not just as neighbors, but as friends. The connections formed are rooted in shared moments, rich stories, and a deep sense of empathy.

Life lessons from older members create a legacy of wisdom that benefits the entire community. Younger members gain insight through stories of resilience, triumph, and overcoming adversity. At the same time, younger members share new perspectives, fresh ideas, and enthusiasm.

The beauty of CCC’s living is that it turns everyday moments into opportunities. Whether it's a shared lunch, a game of cards with a neighbor, a chat over morning coffee, or a group activity that sparks laughter, the experience of sharing a space with others makes everyone feel valued.

Family

CCC has a unique relationship with family.  There are numerous parents whose adult children live in this community in addition to a few siblings.  This has offered a different take on the “mother-in-law” space many people face as their parents age.  When asked, the adult children who live here appreciate the ability to help their parents and see them thrive in this environment.

Longevity

There are many studies that clearly tie the concepts of community and longevity together. Research studies show that being part of a supportive community helps lower stress levels, improve overall health, and significantly reduce feelings of loneliness. Individuals who are members of a close-knit community tend to help each other through hard times and celebrate the joy during good times, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support.

Aging in Place

CCC is not an assisted living or nursing home, but members can have care brought in to help them age in place. There is a staff person who can provide you with resources, saving you and your family time and stress trying to learn about organizations that help seniors in their homes.
